Offshore Engineer Guide is an educational website for professionals working in the design and construction of offshore and subsea facilities. It also contains a wide range of software programs needed for day-to-day use.

The website was launched in 2016 by pipeline engineer: Mohamed Hermas who has dedicated his life in the offshore industry since 2002. Mohamed thinks spreading knowledge in this field is of paramount importance for the safety and integrity of offshore facilities because we have seen a lot of accidents and failures due to poor design and that in turn is due to the lack of understanding of the underlying science and engineering.

The site is open to receive contributions from knowledgeable industry professionals – these contributions might be articles, videos, or a combination of both. We will verify the contents’ correctness and authenticity and publish them, reserving the property rights of the creator. We also accept paying for the contents on a case-by-case basis.
